(Click here for full size YouTube video)

DSDP LogoThere are an estimated 57 million people with disabilities in the U.S. According to the United States Census Department around 15% of persons with disabilities who are working are self-employed. Each year, more than 250,000 service members' transition out of the military. Returning veterans are natural entrepreneurs, possessing skills, experience and leadership to start businesses and create jobs. The USBLN®, along with key organizational partners, seeks to improve the national focus on supporting SDVOBs as part of a growing number of disability entrepreneurs. Service-disabled veteran-owned firms are encouraged to apply for USBLN® certification.
