Amanda joined PNC in June 2010, as an Assistant Vice President for PNC Campus Recruiting team. Amanda was responsible for managing the campus recruiting efforts for PNC’s Corporate Services businesses, in addition to managing PNC’s Campus Diversity Recruiting strategy.
In August 2011, Amanda was asked to lead PNC’s enterprise Diversity & Inclusion Recruiting Strategies as PNCs’ D&I Recruiting Manager.
In September 2013, in her addition to her responsibilities as the Diversity & Inclusion Recruiting Manager, Amanda was asked to lead PNC’s Campus Recruiting Team for PNC’s Development and Summer Internship Programs.
In September 2014, she asked to lead PNC’s Specialty Recruiting. She is now responsible for managing of all functions which provide recruiting support across the enterprise. These functions include: Corporate Diversity Recruiting, Executive Recruiting, Performance Enablement, Contingent Labor, Recruiting Marketing, Sourcing and Internal Placement Recruiting teams.
Prior to joining PNC, she was an Assistance Vice President of Citi’s Investment Banking Graduate Recruitment Team. Amanda began her career at Mentor4/Aerotek.
Amanda obtained her bachelors degree from Elon University, NC in Business Administration. Amanda currently resides in Hoboken, NJ and actively works in New York, NY for PNC.
