(Andrea) Andi Blaylock, LCSW, CEAP, SAP is the North American Employee Assistance Manager for Cargill, Inc. In this capacity she advises business units and administrative functions on issues related to employee mental health, wellness and substance abuse and treatment. Andi is also Chair of Cargill’s disability Business Resource Group, the Cargill Ability Network. Andi has been in the employee assistance field for over ten years, following an earlier career in child welfare. She is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and maintains a small private practice focusing on couples.
