Cecilia Isaacs-Blundin joined Comcast in 2012 as Director of Diversity Communications, responsible for communications regarding the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives spanning governance, workforce, procurement, programming, and community investment. She works extensively with Comcast-NBCUniversal’s external Joint Diversity Advisory Council. Cecilia also serves as Co-Lead of OUT@Comcast, an LGBT-focused Employee Resource Group (ERG), and was previously Co-Lead of Comcast’s Abilities Network, an ERG focused on disability inclusion.
From 2006-2012, Cecilia practiced law as an associate with Ballard Spahr LLP. She represented clients in a range of industries, focusing on commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, export control, and data security.
Cecilia is a graduate of Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College, where she earned a B.S. in Spanish (Business emphasis), B.A. in English, and International Studies minor. She earned a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, and was Articles Editor of the George Washington University International Law Review.
Cecilia serves on the Board of Directors of Philadelphia’s SeniorLAW Center. She has completed three marathons, is a published poet, and holds an FCC amateur radio license.
