As Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Chinar is responsible for 7 global Employee Resource Groups and 40+ Employee Networks at Microsoft spread across over 20 countries and more than 30,000 members. Chinar joined Microsoft in 2014 as part of the acquisition of the Nokia Devices and Services by Microsoft and joined the Global Diversity & Inclusion team in early 2015. Throughout her career, she has been committed to driving initiatives that help individuals and organizations tap into their true potential and building diverse and inclusive work cultures where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and thrive. Chinar lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two children.
