As the Director for Diversity and Inclusion with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Dan’s focus is developing and executing programs that support the company’s D&I strategy. Northrop Grumman’s strategy is focused on attracting diverse talent, as well as, increasing workplace inclusion and employee engagement. This includes aligning D&I with the business; supporting the company’s 14 ERG’s; designing the company’s D&I education strategy; and providing guidance to HR and business organizations on issues related to diversity and Inclusion
Dan is a certified Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) by the HRCI and holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland University College. Dan has more than 12 years of HR experience and has held various roles in HR, including Learning and Development, Employee and Labor Relations, EEO/AA Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity and Inclusion.
