Elizabeth Daly-Torres is Vice President, Program Manager, Office of Disability Inclusion for JPMorgan Chase. In this role, she consults with various lines of business and key stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase globally on diversity strategy, processes and practices in alignment with business objectives. Beth also partners with external organizations and internal stakeholders on marketplace recognition for the firm’s workplace and workforce diversity efforts and accomplishments. Beth started her JPMorgan Chase career with Hambrecht & Quist in San Francisco, CA in 2000 in a Learning, Development and Diversity role and re-joined the firm in 2005 in New York. Before joining the Global Diversity team in 2011, she worked in the Asset Management Technology & Operations Risk group. She is certified in video production and film editing and received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wheaton College and earned a Master’s in Comparative Political Science with a focus on Public Policy and Social Movements from the University of Kentucky.
