Jen Wilburn is the Accessibility Specialist at Florida Blue, on the Employee Relations team. Jen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Life Coach. She works with individuals with disabilities throughout the enterprise and provides educational training to leaders and managers on disability related topics for awareness and cultural transformation. She serves the disability focused Employee Resource Group, possAbilities, and advocates for disability inclusivity in the workplace. In addition to her role at Florida Blue, Jen is active in the Jacksonville community as an advocate for mental and emotional wellness by conducting trainings, leading therapeutic classes and she has established a small private practice at the beach.
