Jesse Cortez is a Global Program Lead in Hewlett-Packard’s Global Diversity and Inclusion office reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer. In his role, amongst other responsibilities, he is charged with providing global leadership and governance for programs focused on Persons with Disabilities.
Throughout his career, Jesse has focused on talent and diversity, fostering an inclusive environment for our people to succeed. He has extensive experience in leadership talent acquisition, large scale diversity initiatives and working with non-profit organizations over the past 13 years.
He currently sits on the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) Advisory Board and frequently participates and contributes to a number of other partner organizations.
Originally from Chicago, Jesse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management and an MBA with a focus in Strategy, both from the University of North Texas. Jesse lives in the Dallas area with his wife, son and daughter.
