Katy Jo Meyer is a Senior Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Microsoft. As a part of the Global Diversity & Inclusion team, she partners with Business and HR Leaders across the company to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent for Microsoft.
Meyer has been with Microsoft for fourteen years. Prior to working in Global Diversity & Inclusion, she spent seven years building and launching Microsoft’s integrated worldwide platform for managing and developing people. Katy Jo spent her first five years at Microsoft within the Staffing organization, where she developed a Disability Toolkit designed to provide recruiters with guidance around recruiting candidates with disabilities.
