Kristie King currently serves as the Senior Manager, Workforce Diversity and Inclusion at the Philadelphia based Comcast Corporation where she is responsible for the development and implementation of enterprise-wide strategies for the inclusion of People with Disabilities, Native Americans and the Lesbians, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender population. Her work involves creating and fostering partnerships with business leaders, HR and key external organizations; building competencies to foster an inclusive work environment, program management and developing tools and resources effectively advancing the work of diversity across the enterprise. With over 15 years of workforce diversity experience, Kristie also created a training curriculum on sensitivity and organizational readiness for People with Disabilities and currently serves as the lead for MyAbilities Network, one of eight Employee Resource Groups within Comcast.
