Marji joined Southwest Airlines in March 1989. She worked with the Customer Support & Services Department for 19 years in several different roles before moving into the People Department.
She currently manages the ADA and Career Transitions Resources Team. The Team works with applicants, candidates, and Employees to provide reasonable accommodations.
The Team also works with Employees who are transitioning their careers, by helping them prepare for their next step.
They are dedicated to building awareness for inclusion strategies to enhance the workplace experience and the Culture of Southwest Airlines.
