Misty Koper is an HR project manager with a strong background in Diversity & Inclusiveness and a proven ability to lead groups to a desired conclusion. At EY she supports small and large scale acquisitions through all project phases, including due diligence and integration. Her experience includes process redesign, work transitions, and change management. She is a member of the National AccessAbilities Steering Committee and Champion of the McLean AccessAbilities chapter representing people working with disabilities. Misty is co-chair of the USBLN ERG/BRG Leadership Committee.
