Regina Blair is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for ManpowerGroup U.S. She partners with company leadership to ensure that ManpowerGroup attracts, develops and retains the very best diverse talent, and implements diversity best practices within the ManpowerGroup culture.
Since accepting her position in 2011, Regina has launched employee resource groups within ManpowerGroup, introduced a diversity scorecard for senior management, brought diversity training to people managers, and leveraged industry best practices to improve internal and external compliance reporting capability. In addition to overseeing a corporate diversity recruiting plan, Regina leads the organizations’ strategic partnerships with local and national diversity organizations.
A native of Philadelphia, Regina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School and Public and International Affairs. Regina lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons. She serves on the Pohatcong Township Board of Education, where she chairs the personnel and finance committees. She is an active member of the Lehigh Valley Women’s Executive Group, and offers interview, resume, and personal development workshops for the Warren County African American Chamber of Commerce.
