Rob currently oversees culinary development for Sodexo North America. His team manages new concepts, menus for market segments and all new ingredients and recipes. Rob also is the Co-Chair Nationally for SOAR (Sodexo’s Organization for disAbility Resources). As the parent of a child with Autism, Rob is passionate about educating people about disabilities (or different abilities!), helping ensure educators have the tools they need to teach kids, and lastly working towards comprehensive and fair hiring and retention of PWD’s.
