Jani oversees the day to day operations for the DEI. She plays an invaluable role in bringing this unique benchmarking program and system to life every year.
Jani comes to the USBLN with a background in human resources, primarily in supply chain environments. Throughout her career, she has provided leadership in areas such as employee relations, diversity, staffing, benefits, policy interpretation, HRIS, and program/project design and implementation. Most recently, while employed at a Fortune 500 company, the inclusion initiatives Jani spearheaded played a significant role in her employer receiving an Employer Leadership Award from a state rehabilitation agency.
Jani holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana and a master’s in business administration from Loyola University, Maryland. Additionally, she has provided job seeking skills development training to individuals with disabilities.
Overall, Jani values and understands all sides of corporate disability inclusion – that of the employer, individual with a disability, and the disability agency.
