Yves Veulliet started his career in IBM in 1992 and in his current position as Program Manager & Workforce Diversity Leader – Europe Major Markets, his responsibilities include global disability and inclusion, identifying existing inhibitors to a successful work experience, and leading diversity for BeNeLux (Belgium / The Netherlands /Luxembourg).
One of the key programs he manages is the “Academic Partnership” which facilitates the professional integration of university students with disabilities in scientific and IT curricula. Yves is also a published author whose book, “Les Roues de l’Infortune,” explains, through his own experience, what it means to become disabled after an accident, the psychological consequences and the impact on the social and professional life. He also explains how to make other people, including employers, disability confident.
