Yvonne Webb

Yvonne Webb joined Kaiser Permanente in 2003 and has served in numerous roles at Kaiser Permanente which include the Controller for Procurement & Supply, the Assistant Controller of Internal Controls and Financial Policies, and the Director of Financial Governance and Fraud Control for the California Division. In these roles, her primary focus is strengthening the internal control environment and minimizing organizational risk from fraud, waste, and abuse.

Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Yvonne served as an external consultant to Kaiser Permanente, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, and California State Auto Association. Additionally, Yvonne held various roles in Finance including Controller/Director for the Northern California Shared Services Operations of the nationally-recognized employee placement firm, Manpower; CFO/Controller for various organizations – Relocation Services, Consolidated Publications, JC Paper, and Seaboard Paper Company; Finance Manager for the high-tech firm Silicon Graphics; Finance Manager with Mead Corporation in Dayton, Ohio; and auditor and tax associate with Deloitte.

Yvonne received her BS in Accounting from Bowling Green University, an MBA with a concentration in tax from the University of Michigan, and earned her CPA in the State of Ohio. She is also a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and National Association of Black Accountants (NABA).

In 2012 Yvonne was awarded the Role Model Mentor Award by Kaiser Permanente Women in Technology.
Yvonne served on the Board of Directors for the Center for Domestic Violence Prevention in San Mateo from 1995 through 2002 (Board Chair in 2001) and as County Commissioner for the Commission of the Status of Women for San Mateo County from 1993 to 1997 (Commission President in 1997).
