Alex Alba began her career with IBM in 2015 and in her current position as Diversity Program Manager of the Native American and Individuals with Disabilities Constituencies, her responsibilities include supporting and advancing diversity programs and priorities for Individuals with Disabilities in the U.S.
Prior to assuming her current role, Alex primarily worked in IBM supporting U.S. diversity recruitment initiatives, work/life programs in the US, and Canada compliance.
Alex received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California before accepting a position with IBM.
