Brooke Matheson is a Lead Associate at Booz Allen where she manages the firm’s Accommodation and Ergonomics programs. Brooke consults with employees and leaders, both domestic and international, on complex accommodation and ergonomic issues and advises on initiatives to engage and support individuals with disabilities.
Prior to her current role, Brooke held senior roles in Employee Relations and Human Resource Management at non-profit and Fortune 500 companies. Her background includes talent management and recruiting, compliance and risk mitigation, employee relations and employment law.
Brooke joined Booz Allen nine years ago, and holds a BA in Communication from Mills College. She lives in the San Diego area with her husband and two children.
