Brooke Thomas serves as an EEO Compliance and Diversity Specialist for Lockheed’s Equal Opportunity Programs. She is also on the Board of the DC Business Leadership Network (DCBLN). Prior to Lockheed, she was employed with Berkshire Associates as a HR Consultant. Brooke specialized in helping federal contractors and subcontractors throughout the country meet their unique affirmative action goals. With an in-depth understanding of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) regulations and requirements, Brooke provided expert support and insight to her clients—working to keep them up-to-date and compliant.
Brooke has worked as a HR Generalist for a leading healthcare provider where she specialized in recruitment practices. She also Co-Chaired the Committee on Diversity and Inclusion at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School during her employment with the institution.
Her educational accomplishments include a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from McDaniel College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland, University.
