Carrie Grady is a Talent Business Advisor at Deloitte in the Consulting Technology practice with over 14 years of experience. Carrie helped create Deloitte’s Ability First BRG in 2006 and currently serves as the National Talent contact and Strategy Advisor for the Ability First BRG, as well as the President of the Chicago chapter. She has been passionate about disability issues since her time in college at the University of Illinois and in graduate school at Loyola where she focused on counseling people with disability and chronic pain issues. Carrie enjoys traveling, live music and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
