Paul J. Reporting to the chairman and CEO, Mr. Gennaro oversees all internal and external communications for Voya, serving as a strategic advisor to senior management, setting the overall communications strategy, and both further defining and protecting the company’s reputation with key stakeholders. He is also a member of the Voya Operating Committee.
