Sarah Crump is a Diversity Senior Consultant at Freddie Mac, a company operating in the secondary mortgage market to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable.
Sarah has been employed with Freddie Mac for six years and possesses over fifteen years of human resources experience in various roles to include, talent acquisition, health benefits, retirement planning and Diversity & Inclusion. Her current role as a Diversity Senior Consultant enables her to contribute her passion around diverse hiring, specifically focused on disability. She manages the Neurodiversity at Work and Year Up Programs as well as, advises decision-makers on diversity inclusive recruitment strategies, employee integration, and professional development initiatives.
Sarah holds a BA in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Senior Certified Professional through Society of Human Resource Management. When she is not focused on creating change, she enjoys traveling and being a novice foodie.
