A champion for inclusion, Shameka Lloyd is a key contributor on the Capital One Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Team. She is the D&I strategy lead for the Disability, Black and Asian Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and works closely with BRG leaders and stakeholders to drive critical outcomes in the areas of Recruitment, Development and Engagement through partnerships, initiatives and activities aligned to the associate lifecycle. Prior to joining Capital One, Shameka spent 15+ years working in Public Relations and Marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns to drive behavioral change. A native of Los Angeles, Shameka currently resides in Washington, D.C.
