Trenaya Reid is originally from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She currently resides in Orlando, Florida, pursuing her Master’s degree in Public Administration at The University of Central Florida. Trenaya also currently holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Certification in Spanish from Temple University. She works seasonally for the Walt Disney World Company and hopes to find a job in Human Resources either in the private or public job sector.
Trenaya’s interest is advocating and helping those with disabilities. She was a USBLN 2016 mentee and has been on the Student Advisory Council for two years. Previously, she was also an intern for The Federal Workforce Recruitment Program, assisting in the recruitment and soft skills necessary to receive an internship and/or full-time employment in the federal government.
Some of Trenaya’s achievements include receiving Temple University Diamond Award, which is the highest recognition given to an undergraduate student at Temple for his/her achievement on campus and in the Philadelphia area. Also, Trenaya has been involved Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and Delta Alpha Pi National Honor Society throughout her undergraduate years and as an alum.
